Dual Permanent Magnet Power Frequency Brushless Synchronous Genset
1. Technical principle
The double permanent magnet generator adopts the principle of voltage series compensation. The main permanent magnet generator and the stator winding of the electric excitation compensation generator are connected together in series, and are arranged in a common stator core. The rotor of the permanent magnet generator and the rotor of the electric excitation compensation generator are independent, respectively, and provide excitation magnetic flux respectively. However, the permanent magnet rotor provides fixed magnetic flux; the rotor of the compensated generator provides varying flux and is automatically adjusted according to the motor voltage.
The automatic adjustment of the magnetic flux of the compensated rotor is accomplished by rotating the AVR according to the voltage signal to rotate the sensor to sense the voltage level for positive and reverse excitation regulation. The voltage is higher than the given value, the permanent magnet excitation machine by rotating the AVR to compensate the reverse excitation of generator rotor, the generator voltage reverse voltage compensation, and the main issue of a permanent magnet generator is negative, the series superpose synthetic voltage drop; on the contrary, the voltage is lower than the given value, positive excitation, voltage compensation the generator voltage and a permanent magnet generator in the same direction, positive series superpose synthetic voltage increases. So as to achieve the purpose of constant double permanent magnet generator voltage.

1) New product identification In February 25, 2012, the double permanent magnet power frequency brushless synchronous generator has passed the new product appraisal organized by the China machinery industry federation. (see Appendix "certificate of identification")
The appraisal committee that: the product development is successful, comply with technical requirements, the performance indicators have reached the international advanced level of similar products, the generator voltage adjusting efficiency, transient rate and recovery time and other performance indicators have reached the leading domestic and foreign similar products, agreed through the identification of products.
2) Patents There are 5 patents, 12 new utility models, 6 design patents, 23 patent applications of double permanent magnet power frequency brushless synchronous generators, and they are declaring patent in Europe and america.
6. State authority inspection data July 28, 2011 double frequency permanent magnet brushless synchronous generator and motor through the national quality supervision and Inspection Center for comprehensive evaluation test, test results show that all the performance indexes and functional requirements are to meet the Q/ATS 0101---2010 requirements of "double frequency technology" no permanent magnet brushless three-phase synchronous generator.
