Sequence inspection content implementation

1 check the generator set should be firm and smooth.

2 within the 4m range of diesel engines, there should be no combustibles and obstructions to operation safety, and non operating personnel are away from 5m.

3 make sure that the main power switch and the key switch are in the closed position.

4 check the exposed rotating parts of the diesel engine, there should be a reliable protective cover.

5 check the drive connection of engine and generator and the connection of all pipe fittings. The fastening screws are not loose.

6 check the cooling water in the tank is sufficient, if the water shortage, should be sufficient to clean the soft water.

7 check the fuel tank is sufficient fuel storage, when not satisfied, to join the requirements of the brand of diesel.

8 check whether the oil face is between the dial of oil gauge two and supplement immediately when it is insufficient.

9 check whether the belt of the fan and charger is loose or damaged, if necessary, adjust or replace.

10 check all electrical wiring, including charging, starting circuit, cable terminal, proper connection and good contact. All the wires and cables are free from damage and can be firmly tied and positioned.

11 check all components surface should be complete, clean and without damage.

12, check the grounding measures, and confirm that the diesel generator sets, power distribution cabinets, load housings, supporting chassis and other grounding should be reliable, without loosening.

13 check if the battery is charged enough, the terminal and the copper chuck are free of corrosion, and the connection is reliable and not loose.

14 check to make sure no sundries are placed at the top of the unit. (such as a screwdriver, a wrench, a multimeter, etc)
